Hillsborough and Pinellas counties join forces for a bigger, better LEAP for college access!

The original 12 partners who formed the network in 2014 are Bank Of America, Community Foundation of Tampa Bay, City of Tampa, Florida College Access Network, Hillsborough Community College, Helios Education Foundation, Hillsborough County Schools, Hillsborough County, Hillsborough Education Foundation, Pinellas County, Pinellas County Schools, Pinellas Education Foundation, St. Petersburg College, Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Tampa Hillsborough Economic Development Commission, and the University of South Florida.
